The La Traditional Council (LTC) has announced a noise-making ban in celebration of the annual Homowo festival, which will be observed in the Greater Accra Region.

The Council has issued a notice reminding churches, hotels, restaurants, and other businesses within the La Traditional Area to adhere strictly to these guidelines during this period.

The Council emphasized that violations will result in penalties.

The ban affects areas such as Cantonments, Shiashi, Labone, La township, Oyarifa, Burma Camp, Frafraha, Adentan, and others.
