Ghanaian midfielder Kamal Issah Sissoko has completed a move to Turkish second-tier side Eskisehirspor in the ongoing summer transfer window, GHANASoccernet.com can exclusively report.
Issah penned a two-year deal with the Red Lightnings after passing his medical last week.
The 25-year-old joined Genclerbirligi at the start of the 2016 season from Norwegian side Stabaek and went to make 21 appearances in his debut season with the club.
The former Liberty Professionals midfielder, however, found first-team opportunities difficult to come by in his second season, making 19 appearances and registered a goal as the club were relegated from the Turkish top flight league.
He is expected to marshal the midfield for Coach Yilmaz Vural’s outfit when the Turkish second division starts after finishing 13th last season.
Issah’s potential competitive debut could come against Girensunspor on Sunday, August 8, 2018.
