I wasn’t happy leaving DWP academy but it’s part of God’s plan – Afronitaaa

Former Dance With Purpose (DWP) Academy member Afronitaa, also known as Danita Akosua Adomaah Yeboah, recently shared her sentiments about leaving the dance group and embarking on new endeavours.

In an interview with Joy Prime, Afronitaa discussed the challenging decision to part ways with DWP, stating that it was necessary for her to explore other opportunities in line with her personal growth.

“Obviously, I wasn’t happy, but I’m someone who believes in God and His directions. So, I knew that it was God’s plan for my life. Even if I wasn’t happy, I had to accept it whether I liked it or not,” she noted.

Earlier this year, Afronitaa officially separated from DWP to pursue her solo dance career.

DWP acknowledged her departure, affirming that it aligned with their goal of nurturing individual brands within their community of talented artists.

Recently, Afronitaa and Abigail from TV3 Talented Kids auditioned for Britain’s Got Talent, showcasing their remarkable skills and representing Ghana on an international platform.

They successfully impressed the judges and advanced in the competition.

Looking ahead, Afronitaa is gearing up to launch Afrostar Kids Academy on April 14, where she plans to mentor young dancers and cultivate their talents.

She encourages interested parents to enroll their children in the academy for a nurturing dance education.
