Winger for Manchester City, Riyad Mahrezis reportedly a target for Al-Ahli. The Saudi club are reportedly preparing a £30 million ($39 million) bid for his services.
Mahrez still has two years remaining on his contract with Manchester City. Al-Ahli, a Saudi Arabian team, is believed to be willing to offer around £30 million for the 32-year-old player.
However, according to The Athletic, Mahrez is currently undecided about the potential deal, as he contemplates the offered wages of approximately £25 million per year ($32 million).
Moreover, City are said to be also mulling over the deal, and aren’t in a hurry to accept even if it would represent terrific value for money considering Mahrez’s age.
Much will depend on whether both the player and the club are eager to accept the deal. Mahrez is still a key player for City and Pep Guardiola.
The situation will continue to evolve over the coming weeks.
